Utilizing features such as electronic remittance advice among others, our practice has enjoyed the luxury of the increased revenue with an actual decrease in manpower and manual tasks. QRS Paradigm has added a level of automation to our practice that we did not have before. Insurance Card Scanning

Our Insurance Card Scanning module allows you to quickly and easily capture the front and back images of a patient’s insurance card(s) and driver’s license using a small, automatic scanner at your front window.

The card information is then easily viewable in PARADIGM and from the patient’s chart in PARADIGM EHR.

Scanning the card with this module is much quicker than walking back and forth to a copier for each patient, saving you lots of time and labor, and verifying the accuracy of a patient’s insurance information at later visits takes just seconds.

Having this insurance information so easily accessible makes your staffs’ jobs much easier than pulling the patient’s chart each time you need the card. Just pull it up on your screen without even getting out of your seat!
